We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sponsor Coordinator to support the Partnerships Manager in managing relationships with sponsors and ensuring their deliverables are met. As the Sponsor Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong partnerships with our event sponsors.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with sponsors and partners.
- Assist in developing and implementing sponsorship agreements and benefits.
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings and actively contribute to discussions and planning.
- Work with the Communication Team to fulfill sponsor visibility and promotion needs.
- Provide support in tracking sponsor commitments and ensuring timely delivery of benefits.
- Assist in organizing sponsor-related events and activities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members involved in sponsor coordination.
- Previous experience in sponsorship coordination, account management, or customer relations is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with sponsors.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Commitment to attending bi-weekly team meetings (80% presence).
